Job summary

Anabas (UK 2) Ltd is seeking an evening Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Richmond upon Thames. This hands-on supervisory role oversees a cleaning crew, ensuring the site is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.

The successful candidate will have experience as a professional cleaning operative with supervisory responsibilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a corporate setting. 15 hours per week, 6pm–9pm, with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a professional cleaning operative with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet cleaning standards.
• Experience in corporate environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes and industry standards.
• Supervise and lead a team.
• Ensure quality of work within the team and cleaning tasks.
• Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
• Deliver an excellent service and adhere to service level agreements.
• Provide training and development opportunities to staff.
