Job summary

ABM is seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our team at the Capital One office in Nottingham. This front-of-house role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and reliable timekeeping as you represent ABM on-site.

You will clean offices, washrooms, kitchens, changing rooms and the gym, vacuum, mop, disinfect high-touch areas, and maintain daily and weekly schedules, with opportunities to improve service standards.

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION

ABM is seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaner to join our team at the Capital One office building. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, high standards of cleanliness, and a proactive approach to maintaining an exceptional environment for our client.

As this is a front-of-house role, you will be representing ABM while working within the client's premises. Strong communication skills, professionalism, excellent timekeeping, and a positive attitude are essential.

The site is ideally located next to Nottingham Train Station and Broadmarsh Bus Station, making it easily accessible by public transport.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning office areas, washrooms, kitchens, changing rooms, and the gymnasium

• Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting

• Disinfecting surfaces and high-touch points

• Window and glass cleaning

• Operating cleaning machinery and equipment

• Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules

• Identifying opportunities to improve service standards and client satisfaction

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the site

Essential Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
