Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a reliable Cleaner for a front‑of‑house role at the Capital One office in Nottingham (NG2 3HX). The position is 25 hours per week across 7 days with 5 days of work. You will represent ABM on client premises, maintain high cleanliness standards, and support a proactive service environment.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and strong timekeeping. Access to public transport is convenient due to proximity to Nottingham stations.

ABM is seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaner to join our team at the Capital One office building. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, high standards of cleanliness, and a proactive approach to maintaining an exceptional environment for our client.

As this is a front-of-house role, you will be representing ABM while working within the client's premises. Strong communication skills, professionalism, excellent timekeeping, and a positive attitude are essential.

The site is ideally located next to Nottingham Train Station and Broadmarsh Bus Station, making it easily accessible by public transport.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning office areas, washrooms, kitchens, changing rooms, and the gymnasium
• Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
• Disinfecting surfaces and high-touch points
• Window and glass cleaning
• Operating cleaning machinery and equipment
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Identifying opportunities to improve service standards and client satisfaction

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the site
