Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Evening Cleaner for HMRC Cardiff, CF10 1EP. You will perform cleaning and maintenance duties to a high standard, both indoors and outdoors, and help set up meeting rooms and hospitality areas to meet client needs.

You will serve as a friendly porter and first point of contact for visitors, while ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timescales. Join a team that values safety and customer service, with training and ongoing support.

• Experience in facilities, maintenance or cleaning environments.
• Able to follow work standards and schedules.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks to a high standard, both indoors and outdoors
• Set up meeting rooms and hospitality areas in line with client needs
• Provide friendly, helpful porter services and act as a first point of contact for visitors
• Ensure all reactive tasks are completed within agreed timescales
• Maintain tidy and well-organized stores and equipment areas
• Support the wider team with ad hoc duties, post handling, and furniture movement
• Actively participate in training, meetings, and team activities
• Uphold health and safety practices and company procedures at all times
