Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a part-time Cleaner at our Belfast site. The role offers 10 hours per week at £13.45 per hour, based in Grosvenor Road, BT12, with potential for career development.

You will join a dedicated team delivering high-quality cleaning services on client sites and must complete CTC security clearance after selection. We value attention to detail, reliability, and a professional approach to maintain hygiene standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning team.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety practices including COSHH.
• Professional and flexible with a multi-site work approach.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cleaning services on client site.
• Clean all allocated areas efficiently and to Sodexo standards, including daily, weekly, and periodic tasks.
• Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, SOPs, and site-specific security procedures at all times.
• Use cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment safely, reporting faults and hazards promptly.
• Maintain accurate cleaning schedules and ensure safety signage is used appropriately.
• Keep cleaning stores, equipment, and work areas clean, secure, and well organised.
• Support multiple sites and provide cover during sickness, holidays, and out-of-hours requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and supervisors, delivering excellent customer service.
