Job summary

Sodexo is hiring an Early Morning Cleaner to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our offices. This weekend-friendly, part-time role fits around your lifestyle and supports a friendly, professional team.

You will carry out cleaning across offices, kitchens, meeting rooms and washrooms, replenish supplies, follow health and safety procedures, wear PPE, and assist with holiday coverage when needed. Prior office experience and attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a professional office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of data protection and handling confidential information.
• Willing to complete any training required for the role, including first aid and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled cleaning across offices, kitchens, meeting rooms, washrooms, and other site areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the site.
• Replenish essential consumables, including soap, toilet roll, hand sanitiser, and paper products.
• Follow all health and safety, infection control, security, and COSHH procedures.
• Wear the appropriate PPE and complete all required training.
• Report any maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or health and safety concerns to your Line Manager.
• Work flexibly to support colleagues by covering different areas of the site and providing holiday and absence cover when required.
• Take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and customers.

• 15 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 05:30am - 08:30am or 6:00am - 09:00am
• £12.71 per hour
