Job summary

Bartlett Mitchell is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team for an evening shift from 6pm to 2am, five days a week (37.5 hours). You’ll deliver culinary excellence, manage stock, and inspire a small kitchen team while maintaining cost controls and high production standards.

Two years’ experience in a similar operation and qualifications (C&G 1 & 2 or NVQ or equivalent) are required. An engaging communicator with a customer-focused approach will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar sized operation.
• Educated to C&G 1 & 2, NVQ or equivalent.
• Able to inspire and lead a team to achieve high standards of production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes to standards.
• Plan balanced, well-costed menus and monitor stock levels.
• Lead and develop the kitchen team and communicate with the front of house.

This is an Evening Chef position to work 5 days out of 7, from 6pm to 2am (37.5 hours per week).
