Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a part-time care assistant to support a 15-year-old boy with complex needs in Southport. You’ll work weekday evenings (4pm–7pm) as part of a two-person team, delivering family-based care and community support with ongoing rotas.

You will be trained extensively, enjoy access to our development hub, and benefit from a competitive hourly rate with holiday pay. Join a leading clinical and care team focused on meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Support a 15-year-old boy with complex needs at home and in the community.
• Be part of a two-person care team for double up shifts.
• Commit to weekday evenings 4pm–7pm, 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and support according to the care plan.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with mobility and activities.
• Attend training and shadow shifts with your Care Manager.
