Job summary

Qualifications
- Previous experience providing personal care in home or care settings.
- Experience supporting client mobility and transfers, with safe use of care equipment.
- Experience maintaining accurate care notes and reporting changes in client wellbeing.
- A valid driving licence and access to your own car.
- Availability to work evening shifts from 16:30 to 22:00.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care support, including washing, dressing, and toileting assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment.
- Prepare meals and support daily routines during evening visits.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
- Maintain accurate care notes and report changes in client wellbeing.
