Job summary

NNCA LTD in the Midlands is seeking an Evening Care Worker to support clients during visits to their homes and care settings. You will help with personal care, meals, and daily routines, ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable and respected in familiar surroundings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing personal care in home or care settings
• Experience supporting client mobility and transfers, with safe use of care equipment
• Experience maintaining accurate care notes and reporting changes in client wellbeing
• A valid driving licence and access to your own car
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Availability to work evening shifts from 16:30 to 22:00
• This role is open to female applicants
• Holding a Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including washing, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment
• Prepare meals and support daily routines during evening visits
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
• Maintain accurate care notes and report changes in client wellbeing
