Job summary

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking caring individuals to support adults in their own homes and local community in Northampton. You will help with daily living tasks, personal care and meal preparation while promoting independence and wellbeing.

The role involves varied shifts across a two-week rota, with early and late patterns. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to community-based work.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or a people-focused role preferred.
• A Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification beneficial.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support adults in their own homes with daily living tasks and community-based activities.
• Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation and day-to-day activities.
• Help individuals attend appointments, access social activities and manage daily living.
