Job summary

NNCA LTD is a Midlands-based home care provider offering personalised personal care and support in clients' homes and care settings. In this role, you will provide evening care visits, helping clients feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for at home with empathy and professionalism.

Key tasks include personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, companionship, and accurate care notes. Applicants should have a valid UK driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK, and availability

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care in home or care settings.
• Experience assisting with mobility and transfers, with safe use of equipment.
• Experience maintaining accurate care notes and reporting changes in client wellbeing.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Availability to work evening shifts from 16:30 to 22:00.
• This role is open to female applicants.
• Holding a Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including washing, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment.
• Prepare meals and support daily routines during evening visits.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
• Maintain accurate care notes and report changes in client wellbeing.
