Job summary

NNCA LTD is a home care provider delivering personalised personal care and support services in clients' homes and care settings across the Midlands. You will work as a Female Weekend Healthcare Assistant, delivering attentive care during weekend visits and building reassuring relationships with clients and families.

This role requires a valid UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK, with opportunities for career progression, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience supporting elderly or vulnerable clients in home settings.
• Experience maintaining care records and reporting changes in client wellbeing.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and families in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including washing, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and the safe use of equipment.
• Prepare meals, provide routine support, and help with medication prompts.
• Offer companionship and emotional support during weekend care visits.
• Maintain accurate care notes and report changes in clients' wellbeing.
