Job summary

SWARCO AG in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Co-Ordinator to organise field service activities for our Evolt Charging team. You will coordinate maintenance, scheduling, and resources to deliver reliable service and maintain contractual SLAs.

The role offers hybrid working, a GBP 26,000–28,000 yearly salary, and opportunities within a growing smart mobility business. You will work with customers, engineers, and internal systems to ensure effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate field service activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Schedule maintenance, repair, and service visits across the engineering team.
• Allocate work orders and resources to field service engineers.
• Coordinate engineers, parts, and equipment to meet operational requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and support.
• Ensure contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved and maintained.
• Maintain accurate records across service management and customer systems.
• Support the wider Service team in delivering a professional and efficient customer experience.
