Job summary

SWARCO is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to support the UK EV charging network from Swindon. You’ll perform on-site servicing, fault finding, repairs and remote diagnostics, covering the M4 corridor and beyond with occasional travel from home.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a technical support or field service role.
• Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing electrical equipment.
• UK manual driving licence required.
• Right to work in the UK and ability to commit long term.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily servicing and maintenance of customer EV charging stations.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, hardware, software and network faults.
• Complete repairs and replace faulty parts and components.
• Support installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and warranty activities.
• Provide remote technical assistance to customers and field teams.
