Job summary

BYD Swansea, part of Sinclair Group, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive customer journeys from enquiry to handover for electric and hybrid vehicles. You will guide customers, present vehicles, arrange test drives and discuss finance options, building rewarding careers within a leading EV brand.

You’ll work with CRM to manage inquiries, promote additional products and deliver a first-class experience. Previous automotive sales is advantageous, with a UK driving licence essential.

Qualifications

• Manage customer enquiries in person and online.
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicle solutions.
• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Follow up sales opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Promote finance, insurance, and additional products.
• Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
• Develop knowledge of BYD vehicle range and features.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at all stages.
