• Handling new and existing customer enquiries.
• Proactively following up leads and customer enquiries.
• Building strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Identifying customer requirements through effective questioning and conversation.
• Presenting and demonstrating vehicles confidently.
• Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features and technology.
• Introducing customers to the benefits of electric vehicle ownership.
• Discussing and selling appropriate finance, accessories and additional products.
• Working towards and exceeding individual and dealership KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and following up opportunities.
• Creating repeat and referral business through excellent customer service.
• Keeping up to date with the latest EV technology, products and market developments.
