TSG UK Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Multi-Utility Business Development Manager to drive growth across Scotland in electricity, gas, water and EV infrastructure. The role combines office, hybrid and client site work with flexible locations including Stirling, Paisley and Dundee.

You will build relationships with housebuilders, developers, CPOs and infrastructure clients, manage a strong pipeline, and collaborate with estimating, design and operations to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• Established network of contacts within Scottish housing, development and infrastructure sectors.
• Good understanding of electricity, gas and water infrastructure and the commercial considerations associated with multi-utility projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to understand client requirements and develop viable opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across estimating, design, commercial and operational functions.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop and secure new multi-utility and EV opportunities across Scotland.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with housebuilders, developers, CPOs, consultants and infrastructure clients.
• Generate, manage and develop a robust pipeline of prospects, tenders and secured work.
• Deliver growth objectives through proactive business development and account management.
• Coordinate handover of secured opportunities from BD into design, commercial and delivery.
