Job summary

Believ seeks a Programme Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of site patches from build-ready to energisation and handover into operations. You will report to the Senior Programme Manager and oversee design, pre-construction, connections, metering and energisation, along with contractor management and safety on multiple sites.

You will coordinate with councils, residents and clients to align on delivery, ensuring quality, cost control and timely handovers while maintaining Believ's high

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-site infrastructure or utilities delivery.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary specialists and manage contractors on site.
• Understanding of DNO connection processes and energisation requirements.
• Familiarity with works in public highways, permitting, streetworks and reinstatement.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of your patch from build-ready to energisation and handover.
• Lead design & pre-construction reviews to ensure buildability and future expansion headroom.
• Manage contractor performance, safety, quality and on-site conduct.
• Engage with council officers, residents and clients to ensure smooth delivery and communications.
• Capture and report patch performance with clear narrative on progress and risks.
