Job summary

Believ is hiring a Build Manager to own day-to-day delivery across sites, from build-ready through energisation to handover into operations. You’ll work with a squad led by a Senior Programme Manager in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

A strong, collaborative mindset and proven multi-site infrastructure experience are essential. Based in Edinburgh on a hybrid basis (in-office 3 days a week with core hours 10am-4pm), you’ll coordinate contractors, liaise with councils and residents, and

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site infrastructure with accountability for programme, cost and quality across a live pipeline of sites.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary specialists and on-site contractors.
• Practical understanding of DNO connection processes and energisation requirements.
• Experience with works in the public highway, permitting, streetworks and reinstatement.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of your patch of sites from confirmed, build-ready status through energisation and handover.
• Lead and coordinate with the Senior Programme Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Unblock issues with DNOs, metering and council officers; ensure safety, quality and timely handover to operations.
• Engage with customers, residents and contractors on site to maintain standards.
