Believ is seeking a Build Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a patch of EV charging sites. You will oversee from build-ready status through energisation and handover, working in a hybrid role with on-site presence and office collaboration.

You will coordinate design, pre-construction, and contractor management, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery across a live project portfolio in the UK.

Formación

• Experience delivering multi-site infrastructure or utilities projects with responsibility for programme, cost and quality.
• Experience coordinating diverse specialists and managing on-site contractors.
• Practical understanding of DNO connection processes and energising new connections.
• Experience of works in the public highway, including permitting and reinstatement.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day delivery of your patch of sites from build-ready to energisation and handover.
• Lead programme, site delivery, design and pre-construction within the squad.
• Hold contractors to account and unblock technical issues with DNOs and metering.
• Engage with council officers, residents and other stakeholders on-site.
• Maintain safety, quality and data reporting across the project.
