Believ, a fast-growing EV infrastructure company, is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary build squad responsible for site delivery from design to handover. You will own delivery across a portfolio, coordinating engineers, contractors and authorities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Regional Build Director, you will drive planning, compliance with DNO processes, energisation, and close collaboration with local stakeholders.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing multi-site infrastructure or utilities delivery with accountability for programme, cost and quality across a live site pipeline.
• Experience leading coordination of multi-disciplinary teams and managing on-site contractors.
• Practical understanding of DNO connection processes and energising a new connection.

Mansioni

• Lead a multi-disciplinary build squad and own delivery of every site from design to go-live.
• Oversee design, pre-construction, connections, energisation, commissioning and handover to operations.
• Coordinate contractors, clients and community engagement with a focus on safety, quality and schedule.
• Forecast project plans and re-plan as needed to manage changes and risks.
