Job summary

Radius seeks an Account Manager to build, maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. You will be the main contact for client inquiries, drive profitability, and deliver tailored fuel and EV solutions as part of Radius’ complete mobility offering.

You will manage CRM records, develop strategic growth plans, and work with a wider team to align with company objectives. A strong communicator with negotiation skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or account management.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proven ability in strategic thinking and planning.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts and act as the main contact for enquiries, issues and escalations.
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
• Identify and adapt communication and engagement methods to fit customer needs.
• Develop and drive the account management strategic plan demonstrating customer growth and profitability.
• Provide expert guidance on fuel needs, EV adoption, charging solutions and energy efficiency options.
• Promote a consultative, solution-led approach and position Radius as a complete solution.
• Recognise and develop customer loyalty by introducing Radius products.
• Collaborate with wider team to support strategic company plans.
