Job summary

Radius is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team in Crewe. You will contact potential or existing customers, using pre‑written scripts to inform them about Radius products, ask questions, understand needs and close sales.

You will communicate by phone, handle inquiries, and drive conversations to meet sales targets. A friendly, proactive attitude and basic Excel skills are expected; full training provided and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and telephone manner.
• Driven approach to meet and exceeding targets.
• Display agility to be flexible and open to new ways of working.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes e.g. Excel.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Radius products or services using pre-determined sales scripts and templates.
• Answer questions about products or Radius as business.
• Drive conversation to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Keep internal communications up to date and well informed.
• Use your initiative to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
