The role involves managing enquiries, engaging customers, scheduling appointments, demos, negotiations, and closing sales within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Training and career progression are supported across multiple brands and locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales and a customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence with at least 1 year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing and processing incoming sales enquiries
• Greeting and engaging with all customers
• Logging and qualifying sales opportunities
• Making follow-up calls and scheduling appointments
• Handling customer correspondence
• Maintaining an accurate sales diary
