Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or similar environment.

• A full driving licence with at least one year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming sales enquiries.
• Greet and engage with all customers.
• Log and qualify sales opportunities in the CRM.
• Make follow-up calls and schedule appointments.
• Handle customer correspondence and queries.
• Maintain an accurate sales diary and records.
• Present and demonstrate products and services.
• Appraise and test-drive part-exchange vehicles.
• Conduct negotiations and close sales.
