Job summary

SWARCO Evolt Charging in Dundee is seeking a Network Operations Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will manage EV charging network back-office admin, coordinate commissioning of new charge points, and maintain customer and asset records across multiple systems.

The role requires strong MS 365 skills, data reporting, and excellent organisation. You will support invoicing, billing, and stakeholder engagement within the Operations Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, operational support, or customer service environments.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Experience working with databases, back-office systems, or operational platforms.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data accurately.
• Experience producing reports and analysing operational information.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support for EV charging network back-office systems.
• Coordinate the commissioning and activation of new EV charging infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate customer, site owner, and asset records across multiple systems.
• Support invoicing, billing, and financial administration processes.
• Produce operational, performance, and SLA reports to support contractual requirements.
• Act as a primary contact for customers, site owners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support the wider Operations Team with administrative activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all records, documentation, and reports are maintained accurately and compliantly.
