Job summary

Confidential is seeking a proactive Scheduler for EV chargepoints within its Field Service Operations team in the UK. This permanent, full-time role focuses on ensuring engineers are in the right place at the right time with complete job details to deliver excellent customer service.

You will manage installations, maintenance visits and reactive works, coordinating resources, routes and priorities while maintaining strong communication with customers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Planning, scheduling, coordination, logistics or workflow management experience.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong route planning and geographical awareness.
• Proficient IT skills with common business software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule installations, PPM, reactive and other field works per contracts.
• Allocate jobs to engineers by location, skills, and workload.
• Optimize diaries and travel routes to maximise productivity.
• Maintain daily and weekly work plans and meet SLAs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams as needed.
• Provide timely job instructions and accurate site information to engineers.
• Communicate with customers, engineers and stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Monitor performance data and suggest process improvements.
