Confidential is seeking a Scheduler for EV Chargepoints within UK Operations. The role involves planning and scheduling field service installations, maintenance and reactive works for EV charging points, allocating engineers, and coordinating with subcontractors.

Strong organisation, communication, and routing skills are essential for success. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring SLAs are met, and providing proactive updates to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills and confidence with scheduling software.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule installations, PPM, reactive, remedial and other field service works.
• Allocate jobs to engineers based on location, skills, availability and priority.
• Optimise diaries and travel routes to maximise productive hours.
• Coordinate subcontractors and external resources as required.
• Provide engineers with accurate job instructions and details.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and updates.
