Job summary

POP MART, a global leader in designer toys and IP-based products, is seeking a Procurement Coordinator in London. You will support the procurement and delivery of visual merchandising, campaign and POS materials across POP MART Europe, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely and accurate purchases.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders across European markets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, merchandising operations or a similar coordination role.
• Experience raising and managing purchase orders, preferably within retail, consumer products, FMCG or a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across countries.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders for VM props, POS materials, campaign materials and GWP across POP MART Europe.
• Coordinate purchasing requirements with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Retail and E-commerce teams.
• Ensure orders are raised with correct quantities, specifications and delivery dates.
• Maintain purchasing trackers and documentation; follow up on outstanding actions.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Support campaigns, store openings and seasonal activations with procurement and delivery of materials.
