Job summary

POP MART UK LIMITED in London is seeking a hands-on Procurement Coordinator to support VM materials, POS, campaign items and gifts with purchase across POP MART Europe.

You will manage purchase orders, coordinate with teams across Europe, maintain records, and ensure timely delivery for campaigns, store openings and promotions. Strong Excel, systems experience and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, merchandising operations or buying administration.
• Experience raising and managing purchase orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Excellent coordination and communication across teams and European markets.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order & Procurement Coordination across POP MART Europe.
• Coordinate purchasing requirements with VM, Marketing, Retail and E-commerce teams.
• Maintain clear PO status, delivery dates and documentation.
• Escalate delays and issues; support store openings and campaigns.
