Domino Printing Sciences seeks a European Solutions Business Development Manager to drive automation and solution-based offerings across Europe. You will support regional sales teams, distributors, OEM partners and key customers by combining expertise in coding, machine vision, and intelligent packaging.

This role helps shift from product-led selling to a consultative approach, addressing 2D codes, traceability, sustainability, and manufacturing efficiency, with extensive European travel.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, technical sales, sales support, and/or solution selling.
• Experience working with industrial manufacturing or packaging environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to travel extensively across Europe.

European Solutions Business Development Manager

About the role
The European Solution Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the adoption of solutions, and automation solutions across Europe.
The role will support regional sales teams, distributors, OEM partners, and key customers in opportunities where solutions technologies form part of a broader operational solution. By combining expertise in coding, product identification, machine vision, automation, and intelligent packaging, the role will help accelerate Domino's transition from product-led selling to a consultative, solution-focused approach.
The position will play a key role in supporting customer requirements around variable 2D codes, traceability, connected packaging, sustainability initiatives, waste reduction, and manufacturing efficiency.
This role is hybrid and can be affiliated to any Domino European subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic solutions, automation, and track-and-trace opportunities across Europe, driving business growth and customer value.
• Partner with sales teams, distributors, OEMs, and key customers to understand business challenges and deliver tailored, solution-led propositions.
• Drive the adoption and growth of integrated solutions, including vision systems, intelligent packaging, 2D codes, traceability, and automation technologies.
• Enable and support regional sales teams by sharing best practices, developing sales tools, and building capability in solution-based selling.

About you

• Proven success in business development, technical sales, sales support, and/or solution selling.
• Experience working with industrial manufacturing or packaging environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience supporting channel partners and indirect sales models.
• Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across Europe.
