Domino Printing Sciences seeks a 2D Market Development Manager to lead the promotion of our 2D coding proposition and drive growth through cross-functional collaboration with the commercial team. This global, hybrid role can be affiliated with any EU subsidiary office.

You will translate evolving market requirements into clear marketing strategies, develop enablement tools for sales and partners, and position Domino as a market thought leader in the 2D coding space.

About the role

The 2D Market Development Manager will lead promotion of our 2D coding proposition and work with the commercial team to ensure the leading position of Domino with this evolving market change. This is a global, commercially collaborative marketing role responsible for translating evolving market requirements into clear marketing and entrepreneurial minded channel strategies. The role will help position the business as a recognised thought leader within the rapidly developing 2D coding market, while ensuring that customers, commercial teams, and channel partners understand the value of our capabilities. This is a hybrid role that can be affiliated with any of our EU Subsidiary offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s 2D coding market strategy, identifying commercial opportunities and driving business growth.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and industry developments into clear value propositions, priorities, and actionable plans.
• Create and deliver compelling marketing, communications, and thought-leadership initiatives that strengthen market awareness and position the business as an industry expert.
• Collaborate with sales, product, technical, and commercial teams to ensure consistent messaging, strong market alignment, and an outstanding customer proposition.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2D coding enablement toolkit, equipping sales teams and channel partners with the resources, insights, and training needed to succeed.

About you

The ideal candidate will have worked in senior role with a blend of commercial and marketing experience. You’ll bring:

• Experience in a commercial, product marketing, market development, business development, or strategic marketing role.
• The ability to analyse market trends, identify customer needs, and translate insights into clear commercial opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and engage colleagues, customers, and partners at all levels.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from concept through to delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working across cross-functional teams in a customer-focused or technical environment.
