ALS Recruiting Ltd is seeking a European Road Freight Operator to manage the end-to-end import and export process for European shipments, coordinating with suppliers, hauliers and customers to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.

You will maintain strong customer service, handle documentation and billing with high attention to detail, and support continuous improvement in the department. This hybrid role offers a salary up to £35,000.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of European road freight import and export shipments
• Liaise with suppliers, hauliers and agents to track and coordinate shipments
• Ensure customer requirements are fully met
• Provide transport partners with accurate collection and delivery information
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure files are correctly costed and billed
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the department
