Job summary

Senior European Road Freight Operator role with a well-established international freight forwarder based in Bradford. You will plan the loading of export trailers, handle client communications by phone and email, quote for prospective business and liaise with customers, hauliers and overseas agents.

The position offers Monday–Friday 9am to 5.30pm, pension, free on-site parking and an annual bonus scheme based on company performance.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding experience in Trailer Freight/Road Freight/TIR freight.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A good standard of education.
• A strong work ethic and enthusiastic nature.
• Ability to work on own initiative and in a team.
• We welcome enthusiastic and driven individuals.
• Wide range of entries including Home Use, IPR, OPR.
• Raising EAD's, T forms, IDR documents for exports.

Our client is a well-established international freight forwarder they are now looking for a Senior European Road Freight Operator to join the Road Freight Export Freight European freight division

For over 150 years my client has been handling export and import shipping requirements throughout Europe and Worldwide. Their reputation is based on their caring, customer-focused service and competitive pricing.

Your role
