Amazon is seeking a Reliability Manager to ensure that automated systems at European delivery stations operate at peak performance, driving reliability, safety and cost efficiency. You will lead projects from concept through deployment, standardising equipment and processes across the network and collaborating with senior leaders across functions.

The role focuses on predictive and preventative maintenance programs, with involvement in long-term roadmap creation and cross-site deployments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, or technical internship.

Responsabilidades

• Create and drive projects to improve reliability and cost efficiency.
• Standardize equipment across delivery stations in Europe.
• Optimize equipment and support expansion from concept to deployment.
• Document project status with senior leadership.
• Communicate program status to senior leaders regularly.
• Develop long-term reliability roadmap.
• Support safety and equipment availability with predictive and preventive maintenance.
