Job summary

WPP Production in London is seeking a New Business Manager in a fast-paced Growth Team. You will own the day-to-day delivery of pitches and RFI/RFP responses from briefing through to submission, coordinating timelines and stakeholders across markets.

You will shape content, translate strategy into clear submissions, and collaborate with the wider WPP network to develop opportunities and build momentum across the pitch process.

Qualifications

• Experience managing pitch or proposal processes in a creative/agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to structure clear responses.
• Proven project management skills: timelines, RACIs, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of small to mid-size RFI/RFPs with timelines and milestones.
• Build and manage project plans, coordinating multiple stakeholders across teams and markets.
• Drive day-to-day momentum of each opportunity and resolve delivery challenges quickly.
• Support shaping strategy and structure of RFP responses to align with client objectives.
• Write and edit client-facing content to ensure clarity and narrative alignment.
• Coordinate inputs to ensure high-quality, on-brand outputs delivered on time.
• Brief and coordinate assets such as video, pitch collateral and presentations.
• Contribute to developing case studies and reusable content.
• Identify opportunities to improve pitch processes and efficiency.
• Mentor New Business Executives and raise team standards.
• Represent WPP Production in meetings as Growth Team ambassador.
