Job summary

Christian Louboutin is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to support the European boutique network with high-quality operational support and smooth execution of retail processes. You will report to the Retail Operations Manager, Europe and act as a brand ambassador, upholding standards and values while delivering exceptional service.

The role demands independence, multi-tasking and strong relationships across Finance, IT, HR and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Retail Operations Manager across Europe.
• Coordinate retail projects, boutique openings, events and initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, reports and admin documentation for the team.
• Manage invoices, track budget and highlight variances.
• Coordinate store maintenance with boutiques and suppliers.
• Support Health & Safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate stationery, branding materials, seasonal packaging and consumables.
• Manage logistics for Retail-led events and launches.
• Support refurbishments, renovations and relocations.
• Maintain operational docs and project trackers.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures for consistency.
• Monitor supplier performance and raise service issues as needed.
• Analyze data and produce regular reports for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, HR and Logistics.
• Provide executive support to the Retail Director, Europe, including travel and expenses.
