Job summary

Christian Louboutin is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to support European boutique operations and ensure seamless execution of retail processes. You will report to the Retail Operations Manager, Europe, and act as a brand ambassador upholding the company’s standards and values.

The role requires independent work, strong multitasking, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Retail Operations Manager across Europe.
• Support planning, coordination and implementation of retail projects and openings.
• Prepare and coordinate presentations, reports, and administrative documentation.
• Budget management: process invoices and monitor costs with variance tracking.
• Coordinate store maintenance and liaise with suppliers.
• Support Health & Safety standards across boutiques.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Act as primary contact for boutique teams for planning and consumables.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery of events, campaigns, and launches.
• Support refurbishments, relocations, and maintenance programmes.
• Maintain operational documentation and project trackers.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and best practices.
• Monitor supplier performance and service levels.
• Analyse operational data and produce regular reports.
