Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Rotherham is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Administrator to support office-based users and field engineers across the UK and Ireland. The role focuses on hands-on IT operations, with responsibility for local infrastructure, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.

You will work with European IT colleagues and external suppliers, contributing to projects and ensuring reliable IT services while occasionally traveling across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 1st/2nd line IT support in a corporate environment.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
• Familiar with ITIL incident/problem/request management and service desk tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to office-based users and field engineers.
• Manage local IT infrastructure, systems and services, ensuring timely incident resolution.
• Maintain local infrastructure, AD/Entra ID, Windows, backups and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and server issues across locations.
• Support infrastructure projects, hardware refreshes, and software deployments.
• Collaborate with European IT Operations and external suppliers, document systems.
