Willis Global, a leading logistics company, seeks a European Operations Coordinator based in Redditch to manage UK and European road transport operations. You will coordinate bookings, paperwork, and client communications to uphold service standards.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will liaise with customers and suppliers, negotiate rates, and ensure timely invoicing and data analysis. The role emphasizes accuracy and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day bookings for UK and European road transport.
• Handle export/import customs clearance where required.
• Raise job files and prepare paperwork.
• Process jobs through Multifreight software.
• Liaise with clients for quotations, bookings and updates.
• Negotiate with suppliers for rates and bookings.
• Support Sales with quotations and service information.
• Manage jobs from start to finish meeting client expectations.
