Job summary

Berry Recruitment Group is seeking a Freight Forwarding Coordinator with strong knowledge of customs clearance paperwork and experience handling customers and suppliers. • Strong working knowledge of customs clearance paperwork.
• Experience coordinating freight across Europe and the UK.
• Ability to communicate complex instructions clearly to Customers and Suppliers.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients through verbal engagement.

Responsibilities

• Organise the movement of freight across Europe and the UK.
• Communicate complex instructions to Customers and Suppliers, both verbally and in writing.
• Negotiate with Customers and Suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Provide the highest standards of Customer service.
• Process Customer orders using the company’s in-house operating system with attention to detail.
• Compile customs documentation for shipments into and from Europe.
• Build strong client relationships through regular contact.
• Liaise with colleagues in different departments to ensure internal procedures are followed.
