Job summary

Plaid is expanding its Europe Sales team and seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to own a curated territory in the UK and Europe. You will lead full-cycle, multi-product sales, building executive relationships and driving revenue across large, strategic accounts.

You will coordinate with Sales Engineering, Risk, Legal and Account Management to close deals and expand Plaid’s platform within organisations, including payments, data and identity products. A strong fintech background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience, with 3+ years focused on enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling a technical solution to a business buyer and building a value story at executive level.
• Experience navigating complex procurement including security, legal and regulatory review.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a named-account territory plan across the UK and Europe.
• Open and develop executive-level relationships with stakeholders across product, engineering, risk and compliance.
• Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through technical evaluation, security, regulatory review and signature.
• Structure multi-product deals with a clear path to expansion across Plaid's platform.
• Partner with Sales Engineering on discovery, solution design and proof of concept.
• Maintain an accurately forecast pipeline and communicate deal status clearly to leadership.
• Ensure seamless handoff to Account Management with an expansion roadmap.
• Provide market and customer insight to shape Plaid's enterprise go-to-market in Europe.
