Job summary

EY in the UK is seeking an Alliance Manager to lead the Databricks ecosystem across Europe. You will drive alliance strategy, governance, and program management to accelerate growth and deliver actionable insights to executives.

This role is ideally based in the Netherlands with a hybrid, global team approach and some travel to activate new markets and align partner programs with policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services.
• Proven success in building win-win alliance relationships.
• Strong networking and influence management skills delivering results across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent communication and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute Databricks Alliance European alliance strategy and objectives
• Facilitate top-to-top Databricks relationships and program management
• Drive governance with clear accountability across Global level service lines
• Execute Databricks business reviews feeding insights to European Alliance executives
• Drive local Super Region activation and compliance of partner programs
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and impact/influence
• Activate new countries and regions with governance and contracts
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and requirements
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Communications teams on marketing messaging
• Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network
