Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in mid‑to large scale corporate event logistics & production.
• Proven experience managing event program elements from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Veeva’s major customer conferences and internal field kickoffs across Europe.
• Proactively manage major event workstreams end‑to‑end (hotels, F&B, registration, receptions, evening events, meetings).
• Ensure high quality service and timely delivery of all event components and materials.
• Evaluate and manage third‑party vendors and agencies with senior team input.
• Drive cross‑functional workstreams, keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned.
• Review vendor contracts, identify gaps, and draft edits with legal team.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and invoice reconciliation, including YoY cost‑per‑head analysis.
• Build and maintain spreadsheets, forms, project plans, and presentations for event planning.
