Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced events professional to plan and execute major customer conferences and internal field kickoff across Europe. You will partner with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver world-class events with precision and impact.

This hands-on role emphasizes flawless execution, budget control, vendor management, and proactive project coordination in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in mid- to large scale corporate event logistics & production.
• Experience managing event budgets.
• Strong project and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of key components of large-scale world-class conferences.
• Proactive management and execution of major event workstreams end-to-end (hotels, F&B, registration, welcome reception).
• Executes with high quality of service and timely delivery of all necessary components and materials for each event.
• Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and agencies alongside senior team members.
• Drive cross-functional workstreams independently, keeping timelines, priorities, and stakeholders aligned.
• Review vendor contracts, identify gaps, draft proposed edits with senior team members and Veeva's legal team.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and invoice reconciliation, including YoY cost-per-head analysis.
• Build and maintain the spreadsheets, forms, project plans, and presentations for event planning
