Job summary

Fitch Learning, based in London, seeks a Client Relationship Director to lead strategic accounts across Europe. You will manage senior client relationships, shape learning solutions, and drive revenue, with periodic travel across Europe and a hybrid work pattern.

You will collaborate with client teams and subject-matter experts to tailor programs, nurture logos, and exceed revenue targets while ensuring smooth project handovers to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Strong background in solution-based sales.
• Experience managing complex client relationships in financial services or professional education.
• Experience selling learning, training, talent, or professional development solutions.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to translate client strategies into actionable account plans.
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic account planning and relationship development with the client relationship management team.
• Understand market trends, client priorities, and talent development needs across financial services.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Fitch Learning’s portfolio.
• Lead full-cycle sales activity: qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and account plans in Salesforce with data quality.
• Produce clear and reliable revenue forecasts based on pipeline analysis and account activity.
• Ensure smooth handover of won projects to delivery teams while maintaining commercial oversight.
