Job summary

JD.COM is seeking a Cross-Border Logistics Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end cross-border flows from port to warehouse and manage reservations and data for European operations.

The role requires 3+ years in cross-border logistics, a bachelor’s degree or higher, and fluency in Chinese and English. You will monitor bookings, declarations, and clearance, drive optimization, and generate KPI reports to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in cross-border logistics.
• 3+ years of position-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Prior cross-border operation experience; customs or cross-border trade training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse entry reservations.
• Monitor full cargo flow from destination port to warehouse.
• Follow up on booking, pickup, customs declaration and clearance.
• Track shipment status and resolve exceptions in a timely manner.
• Manage operational data for cross-border businesses.
• Analyze overall operational performance in Europe and propose optimization plans.
• Calculate transit time and optimize transport capacity.
• Generate operation reports and KPI data.
