Job summary

BAND-IT in Europe seeks a Manager, Transportation Sales - Europe to shape and execute the European Transportation sales strategy, lead the regional team, and drive profitable revenue growth.

You will partner with global account leaders, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Finance to launch differentiated solutions and strengthen BAND-IT's market position across Europe. Travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales, business development, or account management experience in transportation sectors.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-country teams.
• Experience with Transportation OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the European Transportation sales team toward revenue and market share goals.
• Develop Europe commercial strategies aligned with global Transportation priorities.
• Manage strategic accounts, multi-country opportunities, and pricing governance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to deliver solutions.
• Maintain CRM discipline and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
