Job summary

Allied World is seeking an underwriting support professional to join the Property department in our London office (with remote coordination to the USA). The role focuses on reviewing submissions, pricing analysis, and maintaining underwriting files while developing technical underwriting capabilities.

You will liaise with underwriters, brokers and internal teams, prepare quotes and invoices, and support senior staff with management information and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Experience in underwriting submissions and pricing analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Office and underwriting systems.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Review submissions and conduct pricing analysis.
• Prepare quotes and invoices in underwriting system.
• Process policies and endorsements timely.
• Maintain underwriting files and generate reports.
• Coordinate with brokers and internal teams.
• Support VP with management information and reporting.
